Your Responsibilities
Work to quality standards set by internal procedures and health legislations
Communicate effectively with staff, residents and relatives
Introduce new systems and processes to improve quality
Create and develop individual resident care plans; Direct resident care management;
Healthcare Assistants
We match appropriate caregivers with the patients who are in need of help with their daily tasks and special physical care.
Your Responsibilities
Observing, monitoring and recording patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight
Communication with patients, relatives and carers assisting with clinical duties
Personal care including infection prevention and control, food, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort and safety
Promoting positive mental/physical/nutritional health with patients
Support Worker
We match appropriate support workers with the patients who are in need of help with their daily tasks and special physical care.
